Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days within India. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, which you can use to track your shipment.
Shipping Limitations:
Ensure you provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. Mathi Tex is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided by customers.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
2. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer:
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service immediately via email or phone.
If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you may initiate a return upon delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Order Cancellation by Mathi Tex:
We reserve the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, such as:
The item ordered is out of stock.
Payment discrepancies or incomplete payment details.
Any fraudulent transaction suspicion.
If your order is canceled by Mathi Tex, you will be notified via email or phone, and a full refund will be issued promptly.
Refunds for Canceled Orders:
Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
1) Shipping Charges will be calculated during checkout depending on the destination and weight of the package.
2) Our logistic Courier Partners are ST Courier, DTDC and Delhivery service.
3) Orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days or earlier from the date of the order.
4) We ship throughout the week except during Sundays and Public Holidays.
International Shipping
1) Shipping Charges will be calculated during checkout depending on the destination and weight of the package.
2) Our logistic Partner is DHL & FedEx.
3) Orders are delivered within 14 to 20 working days or earlier from the date of the order.
4) We ship throughout the week except during Sundays and Public Holidays.
5) Any additional Taxes/Import Duties/Customs charges levied by the country of import will be borne by the customer. The customer is liable to reimburse the carrier for any such charges paid by carrier on behalf of the customer.
Disclaimer
1) Our products are packed in a secure tamper proof packaging. If you find the package is tampered, Please do not accept delivery and return it back to the delivery person.

If the delivery has been accepted, it will be assumed that the package was received in a secure manner.
