6. Return and Refund Policy Mathi Tex offers a 7-day return and refund policy:
Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of product delivery.
Customized, personalized items, or products on clearance sales are non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days upon receiving the returned product in satisfactory condition. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
7. Exchanges We offer product exchanges subject to availability. Please contact our customer support within the 7-day return window to arrange an exchange.
8. Damaged or Defective Products In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item, inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
